AMTA Concern for Those in Midwest Floods

AMTA extends its heartfelt concern for those affected by the devastating effects of the floods in the Midwest. AMTA staff has been in touch with chapter leaders in the affected areas and continues to gather information about the well-being of members in the region. We haven’t learned yet if any chapters have been in contact with the Red Cross in the affected states about massage relief activities.

The situation in many of the flood stricken areas is constantly changing.  We will keep you updated if AMTA members become involved in relief efforts and, if so, what you could do to help.

The one thing we can all do right now is send positive thoughts to your fellow members and others who are affected in these areas.
