Ad Material Specifications

  • Digital files only accepted by ftp, e-mail, or CD-ftp preferred (check AMTA website for ftp instructions)
  • High resolutions pdf is the preferred file to send.
  • If sending digital files other than a high res pdf, you must also include a low res pdf for proofing.
  • To avoid additional charges, please use ad industry standard software to create your ads. Avoid using Microsoft Word, Pagemaker, Publisher, Print Shop, etc.
  • InDesign, Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator files must include all fonts and graphics.
  • Photos at 300 dpi, line art at 1200 dpi.
  • Photoshop files – Save as eps or tif, minimum of 300 dpi cmyk or grayscale. rgb is not acceptable.
  • If sending by e-mail, send directly to chenning@amtamassage.org.
  • If sending by ftp, please e-mail chenning@amtamassage.org when you have uploaded your files.
  • If sending files on CD, send to: Charlotte Henning, AMTA, 500 Davis St., Suite 900, Evanston, IL 60201-4695.

NOTE: Any changes to ads are due by material closing date. The cost of any changes requested by the advertiser or ads that need to be changed to meet mtj speci?cations will be charged to the advertiser.
