The mtj Mission
mtj® (Massage Therapy Journal®) keeps therapists in touch with information resources that
help them grow professionally and personally.
All
published articles in mtj must support this mission and
should work to advance the profession by enhancing the
knowledge of massage therapists. Topics of particular interest include:
- Research—articles that introduce or uniquely expand on research in massage therapy.
- Career paths—articles that explore the different career opportunities available to both the new and seasoned massage
therapist, as the demographics of the industry continue to evolve.
- Modalities—articles that explain and illustrate different massage and complementary bodywork techniques.
