You can apply three ways:

  • Download the forms below and mail to 2009 Convention Speaker Proposal, AMTA, 500 Davis St., Ste. 900, Evanston, IL 60201

  • Download the forms below and fax to 847-864-1178

If you have previously submitted a presentation proposal that you would like considered again, please review the application guide carefully to ensure that your proposal includes all required items. If you are unsure about what you already have on file, please contact us at 877-905-2700 x143 or email aelston@amtamassage.org and we will be happy to review the information with you.

The deadline for the call for applications for the AMTA 2009 National Convention in Orlando, FL September 23-26, 2009 has passed. Please check back in Spring 2009 for the call for applications for the AMTA 2010 National Convention in Minneapolis, MN September 22-25, 2010.
