Air Travel

It’s easy to get to Phoenix!  For flight reservations to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX airport code), contact Association Travel Concepts (ATC), AMTA’s official travel management service to receive discounts on airfare and car rental. As an added convenience, you can book your travel reservations online directly from the ATC web site at www.atcmeetings.com or you can call ATC at 800-458-9383. Some restrictions and a service fee may apply.

By Train

Have you thought about taking the train to the convention? Amtrak provides trains into Phoenix from all areas of the country. For more information contact Amtrak at 800-USA-RAIL or visit the Amtrak web site at www.amtrak.com.

Environmentally Friendly Travel Option

Make connections with your fellow convention attendees while saving resources and building community. When you carpool, share a taxi or share a room, you help create a more environmentally friendly convention, as well as gain an opportunity to connect with other massage therapists. Visit our travel-matching website for more information.

Weather and Dress

Phoenix daytime temperatures in September are usually between 90-95 degrees. The evenings are cooler, between 70-75 degrees. During the educational and general sessions, it’s suggested that you wear casual business attire. Layered clothing is recommended for possible inclement weather and cool meeting rooms.

Semi-formal evening attire is suitable for the Saturday evening Dinner Dance.
