  • Recipient(s) name(s) to be kept in minutes of any given meeting
  • Recipient(s) name(s) printed in Chapter Newsletter

  • AMTA newsletter editor(s) and/or staff
  • Recommended by the Awards Committee
  • Approved by the Chapter President, the Executive Committee and/or appropriate committee
